Osage Hvac
HVAC Contractor · Dallas, TX
About
Osage HVAC handles heating and cooling work for homes across Dallas, Texas. The company deals with the constant strain that summer heat and sudden cold snaps put on local systems, sending crews out to fix units that quit cooling or heating when homeowners need them most. Their techs focus on straightforward repairs rather than pushing big replacements, and they handle both air conditioning and furnace issues that come up in this climate. The outfit also steps in on related plumbing jobs when a heating or cooling problem ties into gas lines or water lines around the equipment.
Trent shows up the same day for calls like a gas leak spotted after a meter swap, capping an old wall heater and swapping out a faulty valve to stop the issue cold. When an AC unit stops blowing cold air, the crew skips the runaround that other shops give and pinpoints the real fault without padding the bill. They trace wet spots in drywall back to the leak source with careful checks, and they fit emergency visits around busy schedules so families are not left waiting. Homeowners note that the techs explain the fix in plain terms and finish the job without leaving a mess behind.
Customers keep coming back because the response time stays fast, the repairs hold up, and the price matches the work done without surprises. The crew earns steady marks for clear updates during the job and for treating every house like it matters, whether it is a quick valve swap or a full system check. That consistent record adds up across hundreds of jobs in Dallas. DIRT Score 5 from 578 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“The gas company detected a leak after replacing my gas meter. Trent with Osage Plumbing came out the same day to help me. We figured out what needed to be done, and he worked me into his schedule. I appreciated the prompt communication and care. He capped an old wall heater, replaced a valve, and added new flex line on my water heater. I passed the pressure test and got my gas back on. Great service.”
“I had called several HVAC companies to come out and have a look at my AC that wasn’t blowing cold air. Each company identified a different problem that they were sure would solve the issue. $$$$. Osage came out same day and when they told me what was wrong… which made a lot more sense. They repaired quickly and at a very fair price. After the unit was running a wire shook loose the next day in the condenser unit. I called them back out and they fixed it for free… Ultimately they identified the actual problem and solved it instead of trying to charge for items not broken. When it comes time to get a new unit… will definitely be calling these guys. It’s very difficult to find a good and honest HVAC company in this area. If you’re having problems like I did… call Osage Air. Wyatt was great!”
“Trent did a very thorough job trying to find the source of a leak (wet spot in drywall). We were extremely happy with the outcome. He was timely, and very professional! I would definitely use their services in the future.”
“As a mother of two young children, there are few things more vulnerable than having to call for emergency plumbing or HVAC service when you’re home alone. Every experience we’ve had with Osage Plumbing & HVAC has left me feeling safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. Their technicians have always been professional, courteous, and trustworthy. They took the time to explain what was happening, answered my questions without making me feel intimidated, and treated both my home and my family with respect. I never once felt uncomfortable having them in my home, which is something every parent can appreciate. Beyond that, they’ve consistently prioritized our family’s health and safety, even during inconvenient times, severe weather, and urgent situations. They’ve earned our trust through their actions, not just their words. In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, Osage Plumbing & HVAC has set the standard. If you’re looking for a company that values integrity, professionalism, and the people they serve, I can’t recommend them highly enough.”
“Unreliable Service and Broken Promises I strongly advise against using Osage Air. This is a company that does not honor its written agreements and lacks transparency with its customers. Roughly four years ago, I paid a significant amount to patch a refrigerant leak in my AC unit. At the time, I wasn’t informed that a patch was often just a temporary fix rather than a permanent solution, only to have the issue resurface a year or so later. When I was then advised to replace the entire unit, the decision was made much easier because I was explicitly promised—in writing via email—a 5-year warranty on both the unit and labor. However, after the installation was complete, the company changed their business model. They informed me that they would only honor the labor warranty if I purchased an additional monthly subscription. When I presented my "receipt" (the original email confirmation) and tried to discuss this, I was completely ignored. They chose to prioritize a new subscription model over a clear, written guarantee. I have since found a different service provider that I’ve been very satisfied with. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.”
