Pam Air Resco Inc
HVAC Contractor · Dallas, TX
About
Pam Air Resco Inc runs HVAC operations out of Dallas, Texas, drawing on 74 years of experience to handle heating and cooling demands for houses and commercial buildings. The crew tackles the local climate challenges where summer heat loads up systems fast and winter cold snaps test furnaces. They cover maintenance visits, repairs on existing units, and full installations when old equipment gives out. Dallas homeowners often face high humidity and dust that clogs filters and coils quicker than in milder spots, so regular service keeps things from breaking down during peak seasons. The company works on both residential setups and larger industrial jobs without overcomplicating the process.
Their technicians handle specific tasks like annual AC servicing on older home systems that have run for two decades straight, with one tech named Diego putting in extra time to clear buildup and restore airflow properly. Crews also manage emergency calls around the clock for breakdowns and install air purification add-ons to cut down indoor contaminants. Work includes checking commercial ventilation in offices and shops plus preventive tune-ups that catch small issues before they turn into full replacements. Some jobs focus on quick fixes for noisy compressors or weak cooling output, while others involve designing new duct layouts for additions to buildings. The approach stays practical, showing up with tools ready and getting the units back online without dragging things out.
Customers give credit for long-term reliability on routine AC work and clear communication during service calls, yet the overall record shows repeated problems with speed on follow-ups and inconsistent quality tied to unprofessional conduct from certain employees. Reports highlight reckless vehicle handling on roads plus offensive language and slurs from a tech named John while in company uniform, which hurts trust and leads to lower marks on price value when issues repeat. These patterns across many reviews drag down the standing despite solid fixes in isolated cases. DIRT Score 2.59 from 26 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“We have used PAM to service the AC system in our homes for over 20 years. They have always been responsive, professional and have kept our AC systems working well! Recently, Diego came to service our system and he went above and beyond his normal responsibilities by spending extra time to clean our iced up air handler and our dirty AC compressors to insure they are all working properly. Thank you Diego! 😊”
“Very unprofessional, the employee named John not only is extremely reckless with the work vehicle (disobeyed road signs completely, putting other drivers in danger) also over heard him using extremely profane slurs and language while not only in your establishments vehicle but a sweatshirt with its name on it as well. He made myself and many other people around me extremely uncomfortable, I would never let this man in my home nor anyone from this company based on the behavior of this employee.”
“Hearing the crude and offensive things, including derogatory slurs, these employees say out in public, WHILE STILL IN COMPANY ATTIRE, does not make me feel safe welcoming them into my home or business. Thankfully there are plenty of other options around here, give anyone else a look.”
“This establishment condones overt homophobia. Their employee John displays nasty, abhorrent behavior by calling people disparaging slurs while wearing his company attire and driving his company vehicle. Do not invite this person or this business into your home.”
“I used Pam Air to maintain and service my central a/c system in September 2020. The work they performed was acceptable and they were on time. However, they charge a million different extra fees, and shockingly engage in double billing, meaning they charge you USD 275 for each hour AND for the work the worker performs during that time. I ended up paying about USD 400-500 per hour of work, significantly more than what comparable HVAC companies in the area charge their customers. The service contracts they offer are also not competitive. I felt ripped off.”
