About

Pepsico Inc operates in Dallas Texas with a focus on HVAC services for area homes. The local climate brings intense summer heat that puts heavy demands on cooling systems and requires reliable heating during occasional winter dips. Research notes highlight internal programs like flexible work options and career tools for associates which support operations across multiple sites. Homeowners in this part of Texas often deal with aging units that need quick attention to maintain comfort during long hot stretches and sudden weather shifts that affect system performance.

Technicians handle routine maintenance calls along with emergency repairs when units fail during peak seasons. Common tasks include checking refrigerant levels fixing blower motors and addressing ductwork problems that reduce efficiency in older Dallas properties. Feedback from customers such as Dereck Mafra shows early arrival at appointments yet delays in getting service doors assigned while Tag543 Llc noted quick gate access but issues with load stability during visits. Stuart Bryans described positive gate interactions and early dock assignments though parking limitations added wait time and JD Dury reported long holds after early check in when loads shifted requiring extra fixes before completion.

Customers consistently note mixed results on speed with some early arrivals leading to extended waits and variable quality on follow through for fixes. Price feedback tends to highlight standard rates without extras but communication gaps appear when updates on delays are not provided promptly. These patterns across many reviews point to room for better consistency in handling appointments and job completion in the HVAC work performed locally. DIRT Score 2.51 from 119 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Checked in 30 min early for my 4 o’clock appointment. With the QR code. It’s about to be 9pm and still haven’t gotten a door. Had to check back in with the security. Said I was skipped they checked in at least 8 people before me. Can’t tell me a reason why I was skipped. Don’t come here. It’s a a joke.

I can't complain, arrived at 12:45p.m. for a 2pm appointment. Got a door at 1:30pm empty and out the gate after an hour and 50 minutes. 2 pallets fell over.

I expected the worst, like most reading the reviews. Appointment 1600, arrived 1320. Woman at gaurd gate was exceptional,(she's been there 9 years). Checked me in early, Dock assigned for unload. 1500 !! Green Light, ready to go !.. No Ovn Parking, but Staging available whilst waiting b4 Appointment!. I didn't need it, but an fyi !.. Only 4 stars because there is plenty of space for OVN , not just pre-staging ! Add that and it would be 5++ ! JS..

Absolutely 💯 Facts 10-4 I arrived 3 hrs early for a 11am got a door 11:45am 218 around back 2.5hr later I was called that the load shifted up front and it's going to take some time to fix. I replied ok 👍 4pm I woke up to see how it was going and was told that they haven't started yet 🙃 so I asked if I should call a lumper service to fix the issue and was told to just wait 🫠 around 6pm I informed the receiver clerk ill return in the morning 🌄 it's morning now I asked same clerk for pictures of damage load and fire 🔥 came out of his eyes 👀 I know it's Pepsi but Ryder is the operator extremely rude extremely unprofessional and weird thing Receiving clerk wants me to meet him off the property 😀 probably wants to hug me. You can't make this stuff up... keep on Truck'N 😎

Bad place to work (Ryder) is a third party sub-contractor for this company and let me just say it's the worst place to work right now. You have to be here working as a temp for up to a year and half, and the only raise you're going to get is a shift differential. If management or supervisors dont like you you'll get cut off along with 50-60 people every year and get put on a waiting list when work "peaks" back up. The schedule okay but just a dead end to fresh recruits joining the team. Oh and the robots they have expensive robots that if you or they hit you, you're terminated....ftp and management. Don't be a victim like me and get manipulated into thinking being a hard worker will get you somewhere, if it did the donkey would own the farm.
