“These people are the most unreliable company I have ever attempted to use. Not once, not twice but three times. I only attempted more than once because I bought my Rheem unit from them four years ago. It was purchased through my property manager at the time, who must have had a special arrangement with them because it turns out I paid close to $3000.00 more than if I had purchased it directly from them myself. Nonetheless, the office phone line is automated and none of my calls are returned. I finally found a phone number for the technician Brian from email correspondence I had with the old property manager. I was able to text with the elusive Brian. An appointment was set to come by (a year ago, mind you) and he NEVER SHOWED UP and never contacted me about the missed appointment. Instead, he ignored my calls and messages. I found another company to help me with the problem at the time. I decided to try them again last week since I live out of town and thought the seller of the unit could help with part warranties, etc. However, once Brian responded initially, he then COMPLETELY ignored my attempts to reach him. What kind of business are these people running here? There are far too many HVAC companies in the Fort Worth area to tolerate such unprofessional practices. I found companies in the FW area that are truly professional, can make solid appointments, and readily communicate with me with my HVAC needs. Forget this QFR company!! “I recently bought a house about a year ago. Since we have moved in, we have had our HVAC System go out twice. Two different HVAC companies have came out and stated the issues were leaks. They both patched the so called leaks and then charged us an insane amount of money. Our AC went out again for a 3rd time 7 months after the prior repair. I was referred to QRF Medhanical Services LLC by a general contractor here in DFW. QRF came out and were able to identify the issue within an hour. Both our outside and inside units were not compatible together. They offered us a brand new HVAC System, furnace, with works on the ducts for an amazing price. “We recently moved into a new home just before Christmas, and with it heating up quicker than expected for Texas in February, we found (yet another) lovely surprise left behind by the previous homeowners. Our upstairs AC/heat pump unit had shorted out and we were left with it getting up to 80/85 degrees upstairs. We had a local company come out to take a look and were quoted a pretty expected price, really not surprising.
