“We have been using Brennan for over 10 years and he is the very best. Fast response time, great communication, reasonable, and trustworthy. He had been keeping our very old system going past its “expiration date.” While we were up north for the summer my son who checks on our condo told us the AC had stopped working. I called Brennan and gave him our door lock code. He is the only one I would trust. He tried to save the system, but he couldn’t this time. He installed a new system at reasonable price and did a great job. I highly recommend!”

“Fantastic service!!! We just moved into our condo 2 weeks ago, and last night our air conditioning stopped working. My son that lives in the area recommended that I call Brennan Hoyt at Renaissance Air, because he was very satisfied with the service. I called around 8am this morning, and Brennan picked up immediately. He said he could be here between 12-1pm. He arrived at 12:10 pm. The problem turned out to be a faulty thermostat, which Brennan replaced with a new and better one. Brennan also checked the freon level, and made some other minor repairs. I could not believe how reasonable the total charge was, including the service call.
