“To be clear, I am not rating the service as they never showed up. I contacted them on a Thursday regarding my issue and they said to text them my address (which I did). I contacted them again at the end of the day, and they said they were planning to be at my house on Friday. I contacted them again on Friday afternoon and received no response. Thus, we went into the weekend with no service. I gave up on them and we had a handyman look at our issue (not a specialist) on Monday. He said it was a specific issue he couldn't handle but I did reach back out to Ref Experts one more time to ask a question and STILL received no response. If you don't want to provide a service, then SAY NO. Instead we are at Tuesday with no service! Given I could have tried to call someone over the weekend and paid extra for the service but didn't want to do that. In short, if you want to deal with professionals, I would look elsewhere.”
