“My mother in law Lee Turner has had to have 2 angio and both times the staff and Dr Lam were very attentive to her needs. They were patience and very caring. Definitely recommend.”

“If you’re using Dr Lam for fillers, I’d stay away. I spent over $2000 for fillers recently. He talked a good talk and I did like what he had to say (think excellent car salesman), however, over the next couple of days I developed lumps from the filler. I had to massage them out and go to another doc to have them injected and desolved. A total waste of money. From my research since, I believe it’s his technique that needs work.”

“I had 2 angioplasties performed by Dr. Lam and I feel he did 110% great job. The pre and post care was excellent and I would highly recommend him for these procedures. How ever this past Friday someone dropped the ball on calling in a prescription for me and I called in today (01/31/2022) at 8:45 to see what happened. I had to leave name, number with message and now 11:00 haven't heard a word from anyone. This is why you never give anyone or anything 5 stars as there can always be improvements....”

“Just wanted to share that I'm really disappointed in Dr Lam (Vascular) office. They sent me a confirmation for 2pm when I had originally had a 1:30pm appointment today. They made a communication error from their system which recorded me as a no show. Instead of pushing me through for an updated Ultra-sound and pushing back the people they put in my place, they asked me to wait an extra 1.5 hours. Only to still not be seen. I didn't even get to see Dr Lam but got a consult from an associate. They may be good but It's hard for me to trust someone's medical opinion when their offices makes a mistake and don't correct it immediately. I should have been a priority at that point vs just wait behind everyone else and we'll get you in later.”
