He took the time to methodically troubleshoot the system instead of guessing or trying to sell me unnecessary parts. He identified multiple failure points and, because the parts suppliers wouldn't be open until Monday, he came up with a temporary solution using a universal control board and a RESCUE blower motor just to keep my 80-year-old mother and me cool over the holiday weekend. He was at my house from 1:00 AM until 5:30 AM on the July 4th holiday weekend, leaving only briefly to drive home and retrieve a mounting bracket he needed for the temporary motor.
