“Mr. Charles at Warner Air Conditioning & Heating did an excellent job last week on both of my A/C units going down at the same time. I called the my home warranty on Tuesday late afternoon and Mr. Charles was out the next day and had my main unit fixed within 10 minutes. Had to order a fan motor for my second unit and after getting it approved thru home warranty he was back out on Friday getting it fixed up. He went above and beyond since I also had a bad breaker and was able to get that replaced as well and had everything in working order. Super friendly and awesome customer service makes his business top notch. Will definitely use him in the future and his number is in my phone! Thank you very much Mr. Charles!!!”

“Unfortunately I have to call the warranty company every summer because something is wrong with my system. The warranty company assigned Warner Air Conditioning and Heat to assist with my concern this summer. The technician called and scheduled within 24 hours of placing the ticket. The technician was courteous and informed me before his arrival to give me a window of time. This was helpful because my schedule is tight. He also worked around my work schedule. When he arrived he was kind and patient because initially he could not get to my unit. He fixed one issue and the unit began to work, but I had to call him back because it stopped working again. He returned my call within 2 hours. He was so gracious to tell me the necessary steps and to walk me through what I needed to do to preserve my unit until the part came in. He texted and called to give me an update on the parts and the day he would return. I only had to wait 24 hours for the part. This was awesome because with other companies I have waited up to two weeks for parts. He worked fast and efficiently to ensure my unit was working again.
