While RMC may not always be the first to be available, you’ll quickly realize it’s because they are great at their job. We have had a great experience with them servicing our A/C and even our oil burner.”

“Encourage had to come back multiple times because the original technicians could not properly fix the problem. As a result I was charged excessively for parts and labor. I.have sent them payments as I am able, however funds are limited due to disability. I’ve tried to get them to work with me and got nowhere. I have now received a court summons. If they would not have gouged the bill in the beginning and worked with my, it would have not escalated to this point. Customer service has been not friendly to work with. I’ve asked to speak to the owner and never received a call. If they had fixed it correctly the first time it would not have escalated to this. Apparently not all of the technicians are as skilled as others.”
