It was an all day job and while they were on site, they found issues that they overcame seamlessly and with grace. They were so kind and respectful of our home and the work they did. “I don't know how they have so many good reviews. I'm in Atlanta and we had a gas leak in the furnace burner. The gas company came out and found right where the issue was. I reported it to my property management with detailed notes and they hired Stellar. Stellar made an appointment but the tech never showed up. I got a text at the end of the window that they had car trouble and unable to make it. Rescheduled and then a plumber showed up. He checked the lines and said there was no leak in the lines and it was in the burner. Exactly what I had told them initially. Then they sent another "HVAC" tech out but he said he was told to come tighten the gas pipes and said there was no leak in the pipes. No shit! They now have a third tech scheduled to come out. He gave everything he had to get the job done, and even after cutting his finger while working on the unit, he never slowed down for a second. As a Texan, you know how brutal the heat can get and today was one of those days. Having someone so dedicated show up and make sure my home was cool again meant more than I can express.
