“I called this morning in a haste, and spoke to a lady that was very kind and directive got me to the website that I needed to get to to get scheduled. My servicer was very helpful and efficient when it came to communicating. I was out of the house and almost didn’t make the appointment if he wouldn’t have taken his time to Stay in contact for some of us that means the world I have had several people leave when we’re on our road and sometimes life happens. Traffic happens so we just appreciate Travis time and efforts. He was efficient and kind and very professional. We are grateful our temperatures starting to drop within one minute of him leaving praise Jesus!”

“We originally had TCB come out to possibly service our existing AC/heating unit. Though we had the sneaking suspicion that we would have to replace the entire system. Pretty sure this was the original unit from when this home was first purchased back in 2001. We bought this home in October 2025 & we're pretty certain that the unit would have to be replaced. It didn't look anything like an AC unit 😂 I called TCB & they responded the very next day (Thursday). When Travis responded he confirmed our suspension. Not only was this unit ancient, but it was also too small for the size house we own. Travis explained the system he suggested as well as an alternate system. We agreed & he sent us an estimate for both. The following Monday Travis & Brian arrived early in the morning & installed the system. Both were very polite & professional. They also made sure they didn't make or leave a mess. The price was reasonable. Definitely recommend this company!”
