“Mr Ray was very professional sales man , I'm not that easly convinced ti purchase a new unit , but it was time my unit was 24 years old and I was tired of repairing it twice a year. The installation team great crew they worked like well oiled machine , the site was left clean thanks to Chill Brothers.”

“Chill Bros to the rescue! I am a Roofer by trade, helping a family member get their house ready to sell. We knew that the existing furnace and AC unit needed to be replaced (leaking Carbon monoxide, no heat, ect) so… I started getting bids. I had extremely high prices coming in from other companies, trying to “oversell,” or solve problems I did not need solved. The previous unit was undersized, installed incorrectly, and was just all around a mess. I have spoke to one of their team members Keaston, before, and gave him a call. He helped coordinate me, and got me in touch with the correct people to figure out what was needed to bring this up to standards to what would be acceptable for a home inspection. Keaston and JJ put together by far the best bid I received in every facet. Value, timeframe, and understanding of what I needed. The turnaround was less than a week. The new system installed is clean, correct size, installed correctly, and would pass a home inspection with flying colors. “They took out our old units, both the A/Cs and furnaces that were 20+ years old and installed newer systems that should last us for another 10+ years with the SEER requirements in TX. I would've never thought they would be done in a single day since our home is 2 story and has a unit for each floor. They did awesome, and even came back earlier than their post installation check because the downstairs unit shut off. They found the problem was the drainage pipes and fixed it right then and there. Great service all around, and very informative of what options we had and even showed us pictures of any problems and what could happen with how our old system was set up. A/C units are NOT cheap. That's a given, but they offered us a buy back program for our old units at the time and helped us find a financing option that worked for us. We wouldn't have been able to afford it without the programs they offered us at the time. If you want cheap work, then maybe this company isn't for you, but if you want good quality works and equipment then I would recommend The Chill Brothers. “The overall experience was great. Full transparency, there was a matter of confusion over pricing and equipment, but management did an excellent job to make sure I was a satisfied customer. The inspector and the installation crew were outstanding. The inspector was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed to get the best results from my new system. “Edit: below is my original review, but here is my updated. Since having the unit installed, there have been constant issues. First drainage, then when we got that fixed, a bad part, then when we got that fixed, now some unknown issue that I'll have to wait 2 days before someone can fix. Not saying this will be your experience, but after spending all this money on a new installation, I expected much better. Seriously regretting it now and wished I kept my old unit. The old unit sucked, but at least I knew what to expect from it. We are in the middle of summer now and will have to cook in our house for 2 days before having the chance of a resolution and they're telling me that there could be a fee. Went from being a great experience, to easily a terrible decision. Consider using this company with caution and don't buy into the hype. ---- Honestly wasn't excited to have someone knocking on my door, but Bethany was friendly and more importantly, honest. “Anais was super nice. They are out of trying to give free assessments for the Freon levels or type of Freon. That folks are using currently in their HVAC systems. It’s just a super quick walk around the house as our 22 is now not environmentally accepted.
