Everything from the pickup process to the delivery window has been smooth every time. The drivers are professional and the communication is solid when you need to track something down. Not every fulfillment center operates this cleanly, but this one does. Consistent, reliable, and worth calling out.”

“Update: Received an order around noon that also had thawed frozen items. Previous review: If you are placing an order with perishable items that should stay below a certain temperature you may want to have them delivered earlier in the day. Twice I have had orders delivered after 5 pm with frozen items completely thawed and refrigerated items above 50 degrees upon delivery.”

“My order was delivered today missing 17 items. 2 hrs on phone with call center over seas got refund but no idea where my groceries went or to who. Customer service is non existent. Poor quality for fresh lettuce. I wont be ordering delivery from Kroger again. Always a problem. Ill be ordering from company that food comes from the actual store.
