“Overall experience was outstanding! Darius was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable,personable and informative. he addressed and rectified all the issues we had. he notified Us in advance of his arrival and arrived punctually. we both agreed that he was one of the best technicians we have ever dealt with. The major problem was a failed gas valve, which was covered under warranty and they replaced it for a nominal labor charge. he also rectified a few issues that had been previously done incorrectly by others. I would not hesitate to call them if I had issues.”
