I asked the owner to provide a bid for a completely new system. He spent an hour evaluating everything and took his time. The next company came out late and spent less than 20 minutes giving a price for the same work, with no detailed evaluation. Van Ness Plumbing was over $2500 cheaper than the other company. As a smaller company, it clearly showed that they value the individual customer, whereas the larger company saw us as just another contract. On installation day, everyone was on time and went above and beyond to ensure everything was correct.
