“Customer service is trash! Got my delivery had an issue the delivery driver tells me it’s not his problem! They delivered the wrong piece and when I went to the store to talk to the manager, the sales rep tells me he’s not going to ruin the managers day and call him while he’s at school! I asked for a refund and of course all sales are final! Not only that the sales rep has the audacity to tell me how to respond and me being mad isn’t going to solve anything because he can’t do anything about the issue! My delivery was set for the18th and I didn’t get my stuff until the next day. No call no nothing to tell me they couldn’t come the day it was scheduled for! All he said was he would try to get at least the delivery fees waived but it’s no guarantee cause he’s not the owner! I will NEVER patronize a place like this again”
