“Our A/C system suddenly stopped cooling in the last hot days of this year. To come out and diagnose, we contacted the company we had a contract with. They determined it was a freon leak from the condenser coils and recommended replacement. On a recommendation for a second opinion, we contacted VIP Air Conditioning. We were more impressed with Steve and VIP Air. He provided options from replacing just the coils to replacing the system. Since the system is old, we opted for replacing it and chose VIP. Their pricing on a superior Trane system was less than the other company's pricing on a Goodman or Amana. The techs were here on time and performed an excellent install. The guys were professional and didn't waste any time getting the job done. The new system doesn't just perform better, it looks neater and cleaner than the old one. We're very pleased with VIP and highly recommend them.”
