“I've had the pleasure of working with various staff members at Zoom Air, as well as working directly with the owner. I can honestly say it has been a great experience. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and truly the experts in their field. They made the entire process much smoother and easier by allowing us to put everything in the hands of Zoom Air with confidence. “Very disrespectful. Not sure if it was the owner or employee but got cussed out and disrespected. They continuously illegally block the roadway. I stoped and mentioned that they needed a permit for that. As it is a public road for everyone to use. (If I’m wrong i apologize) I was called names and told if I didn’t like it I should move somewhere else, which I don’t know what that has anything to do with it. And that they have been there for years, again I don’t know what any of that has anything to do with it. But whether you have been there for years or arrived today, it doesn’t make whatever you do right. But apparently from reading other reviews there is a lot of road regulations not followed. As a business owner, it’s embarrassing to be talking to anyone like that or even approaching them in that manner. I’m glad your business has been successful for years, but don’t ruin it over discourtesy, impoliteness, and unprofessional behavior.”

“Y'all need to have a word with who was ever driving truck #12 on i20 west at 6:35am Tuesday may 16th. Between the speeding and tailgating they're one second away from putting your company out of business. Hope your insurance is up-to-date and paid may want to increase coverage as long as you have them on road.”
