“Ray is the excellent technician who diagnosed and solved the A/C problem. There were ants in the contactor to start with. Ray still had to purchase a new one and install it. It has worked very well since! Ray noticed my Peavey 5150 guitar amplifier and knew that it was designed by Van Halen. I enjoyed the music conversation! The price at $233 was reasonable. Brett”

It’s usually Jess, she is very friendly, knowledgeable, and works hard to accommodate. Jesus has come out to do repair work twice, for two different needs at different times. He always calls ahead of time to give me a heads up on his ETA, and arrives when he says he’s going to. He is very professional, and respectful of the property. He is very knowledgeable about the systems and explains the issues and fixes very clearly. D&S also has digital appointment scheduling and ways to pay. You get lovely appointments reminders and can pay your bill through an invoice sent to your email, I love how easy it all is, no hassle. Will is the owner of the company, he is very professional, and knowledgeable. He doesn’t overcharge or over exaggerate issues. Whenever I have issues I feel like they are addressed properly.
