“I’m not giving stars to the company but to some employees. Tiera and Junior. Tiera has gone out of her way to make sure we got on the schedule and tracked down equipment after we had waited for quite a while. Much longer than should have been. The repair was done and it was all good for a couple of days and then the system froze up, on a weekend of course lol. So I messaged them and she got me on the schedule for Thursday but then was able to get me in earlier! Junior came out to look at the system and got it working in no time! It was a simple fix, but he double checked everything. He did a super job and took his time. He explained everything in a respectful way, yes ma’am across the board, and didn’t leave a mess. He took his shoes off before he came in as well!!! Great job to those 2! Thank you for your hard work!”
