“I'm 6' and 330 lbs, and I'm 53 years old with nasty bursitis in my left shoulder. So, basically, bench pressing kills me. I bumped into the Launch Pad, and it caught my attention right away, but it was a bit pricey, and I couldn't find much about it online. My wife and I couldn't believe it. The video did the trick. I tried it out a few days later on my chest day on Monday. I could feel my lower back arching as a slid onto the LP, and my lats seemed ready to take the weight. I went through a whole bench session with it, and my shoulder didn't hurt me at all. Side note, I'm embarrassed to say that my core is crap right now, and it is hard for me to get up from a flat bench without help. To my surprise, this took care of it and got me up easily. Although bench pressing on th LP is smooth and easy, it really shines when doing dumbbell fkys and presses. Basically, my shoulder never allows me to do deep flys since I'll start screaming in pain if I go too deep. I actually was able to do full range of motion flys without pain with both DB flys and presses. I was sore as hell afterward because, like an idiot, I went too far with it since I was excited. It even helps me with DB Pullovers and skull crusheres. I use this twice a week now and I'm glad I gave it a shot. The Launch Pad is very well made and is a great training tool, and that's why it costs what it costs. I think it was worth it, especially since this thing will outlast most of my gym equipment. And I'm happy that I get to support an American small business.”
