“We were having issues with our AC system and was starting to worry and dread being in an AC-less home with TX summer around the corner.. We have a Carrier AC unit and this was our first time having to reach out about AC help since moving into our home in Lewisville. Advent AC was SO helpful. Friendly staff, quick responses by phone&text, knowledgeable and competent technician. Upon diagnostics we needed to order a part to fix the issue. Turn around time was about a week even with Memorial Day stuck in between. Everything was taken care of so smoothly and we finally have a cool home to live in! Thank you to Lina, Sarah and Cody for your help!!”

“Cody and Joe “servicemen” were very professional. Advent Air as company is terrible. My AC went out in the heat of last summer. It took 8 weeks to get the parts and install them!! That’s absurd in the heat of Dallas Summers! The apparent owner “Jerry”was very dismissive of my situation. Two weeks ago the “new” compressor installed last summer failed again! It’s taken another two weeks to get replaced today! As said, the servicemen were excellent. But no more Advent Air for me ever!!! Thank god I purchased a 10year warranty for parts and labor. I have 2 years left on that and don’t know what I can do following that.”

“Eli Benitez from Advent air arrived 4 hours early having driving through the ice left over from the weekend snow storm to service my system. He showed me step by step what he was doing and explained what he was doing. Turns out my system is just old but he suggested I have my air handler cleaned from years of use in dusty Denton. I felt he was completely honest and upfront with me and I will be calling for a cleaning before summer gets here. I recommend Advent Air as they are honest and professional and seem to really care about their customers. 03-23-26 UPDATE Mr. Cody was here for maintenance and did a great job serving my 16 year old AC. He explained everything clearly and found a potential problem with the AC and suggested I install a new capacitor. I like how Advent is always looking out for their customers by being proactive in their approach to maintenance. 03-24-26 new capacitor installed in 10 minutes! Great job Mr. Cody!!”
