“This company is amazing. First of all Chris came to our house at 1:00am , yes you read that correctly 1:00 am. He diagnosed our AC very quickly found the problem. He did not have the part but he went first thing in the morning to get it. His wing man Champs of all Champs Derrik finished up the job. He got the part came to our house installed it and got us back up and running in no time. The customer service and teamwork is amazing. Great job 👏 both of these Techs are amazing. Hopefully I won't have to use them again soon but when I do need AC repairs I'll be calling PHI.”

“Decided to use PHI after meeting with the owners son for a new quote, he really was knowledgeable about the system and was able to guide us to pick our new unit. They were a bit more expensive than the competitor, but made us feel comfortable spending the extra amount for the better product and better warranty. There have been a few things pop up with the new install, but they have been very attentive and come out quickly every time we've needed them.”

It took Chris an hour to get to our house, but Chris is very professional. He diagnosed what wrong with our AC and fixed it real quick.
