Allied American Air And Appliance Inc

Allied American Air And Appliance Inc handles HVAC work and appliance repair as a family owned operation based in Denton. The company lists its address at 438 Southfork Dr Ste 450 in Lewisville and keeps regular hours from eight in the morning until five in the afternoon Monday through Friday while staying closed on weekends. Services cover air conditioning repair, heating, full system replacements, maintenance tune ups, and refrigerator fixes. The business has operated since 1986 and focuses on prompt calls at competitive rates with technicians who finish jobs in a timely way.

Customers report solid results on air conditioning repairs that keep units running without repeated breakdowns. Several mention receiving clear replacement options along with itemized quotes before any work starts, followed by install crews that finish on the scheduled day without delays. Long term users note repeated service calls over more than a decade with no need to switch providers. Install teams are described as efficient and thorough about leaving the work area clean once the job ends. One account points out a change in ownership that led to higher charges on later visits.

Response times draw frequent mention for same day or next day arrivals even outside normal business hours in some cases. Communication centers on straightforward quotes and scheduling that matches what customers request. Pricing receives mixed notes, with most finding the rates fair until the ownership shift, after which costs rose noticeably.
