“We used this company for years so always trusted Justin with Always AC. Sometimes he was a little slow to follow up, but we liked keeping our business local and he’s a neighborhood guy. However, after our last experience, we will never call him again. He came fix the ac in March. Said he got it working but it needs a new coil to make it to through the summer. He required up front payment to get the part—$2,900–and as of the middle of May, we still didn’t receive any service. We set up appts through his website that he no call, no showed for. My husband texted him every day; sometimes Justin would respond and promise that he was just behind and he’d set up a date to show up (he never actually showed). Most of the time, he wouldn’t respond. After his last no show, we filed a dispute with our cc. Our good intentions to trust a business we had used for years previously came back to bite us, but now we know not to call him again.”

“Not recommended, Justin took my $1600 as advance to fix Coil for my AC and then disappeared, stopped answering calls, voicemail or messages, my family suffered for more than a week in this Dallas Heat, Finally asked another Company to fix my issue and filed a complaint against Credit Card Company. Not recommended.”

“Please be aware that Justin @ Always AC turns out to be a not so honest individual. He required payment prior to starting the job for materials. Long story short, after rescheduling three times, we decided to move on to a more reliable company and requested a full refund. Justin read our text messages to him but decided to ghost us and block us as well as disappear with the money. Complaints have beens filed with all governing bodies as well as the local authorities”

“Justin at Always AC arrived to inspect my AC system and started repairs on a Friday. He told me had to leave and would be back on the Saturday to complete the work. He sent me an invoice for the work that was to be completed and I foolishly paid the $315 before the work had been completed. Justin never returned and no longer replies to my attempts to contact him. That was 5 weeks ago. I trusted him because he is a neighbor, had completed work for us before and he was very knowledgable in his field of work, however, there is now a pattern of him taking money from clients and not returning to complete the work. Justin is also no longer a licensed contractor in the state of Texas. His license expired in 2025.”

“Justin came to the house- said he cleared condensation line - it was still clogged after 2 days of me personally having to go in my attic with a wet vacuum and vacuuming the water out of the line - I texted him and made him aware of the situation- he stated he could probably be there the next day to remedy the situation- well at 7 :30 pm nothing not even a texted to update - so I texted him with you guess it - no response so i hired (AIR PRO REPAIR) THEY SHOWED UP THAT NIGHT WITH IN 2 HOURS- UNCLOGED THE LINE - PUT IN A BALL VALUE - PROBLEM SOLVED - THIS WAS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE - I paid Justin a service call he was at my house for about 30 minutes- ez money I guess?”

“My A/C went out overnight and I called Justin (after being referred to him by a friend). He came out quick and had the job wrapped up before I even finished my breakfast. I’m extremely happy with the speed of service and fair pricing. Even got a 5yr warranty on the quality part he replaced. Definitely will be a repeat customer (hopefully several years later or at a different house). I will definitely be referring his services.”

“I would love to be able to support Justin and Always Ac. But…I can’t. While he claims to have tried to repair my outside unit…he knew it wasn’t repairable. He put a bandaid on a shark bite. That bandaid cost me $530. After that he would not return my messages and did not show up for appointments made through his website. 5 days after he “fixed” my outside unit, I had to spend $5,000 to have it replaced. I tried to contact Justin to give him a chance to do right…he ghosted. Be careful yall.”

“so fast and easy!! I needed maintenance on my AC. I asked my HOA facebook page for a recommendation. I had several people recommend Always AC. I went on line and checked out their web site. It was so easy, You chose what job you needed done and they let you schedule it on line as well. After i scheduled it, I got an email confirming. The day of the job, I got a text confirming they were on their way. Justin arrived on time and went right to work. He finished quickly and told me an invoice would be emailed to me and I would pay on line. The price was reasonable , and he even gave a teacher discount!!! I love how easy it was and fast, and that they communicated with me . Thanks Justin!!”

“I am giving Justin two stars because the first time he came for a tuneup, he did a good job. The second time, and most recent time, he came to repair a secondary unit. He came to the initial appointment to check on a unit that needed repairing. He gave us a quote of $1200. He said he would return the next day to get it done. He did not call or show on the next day. I guess I should be happy that he didnt. I called Milestone as I saw their van in our neighborhood. They came out and repaired the unit for $400. So like I said, I guess I should be glad he didnt show.”

“I had an issue with my heater not kicking on. I found Justin through recommendations through Google and Facebook. He was quick to come to my home and take a look at my issue and even came back to follow up as my heater was still having issues. He diagnosed the problem and was able to get me back up and running. He was unable to get the part I needed due to unavailability, but was able to rig my system to work until he could. Kept continuous open line with communication. He even pointed out an issue with repairs done to my A/C from another company earlier in the year. It's difficult to find honest people out there that do great work and don't try and take advantage of you. Now that I found Justin, I will keep going back to him for sure. Highly recommend.”
