“This company is really great to deal with. We called and they came out the next morning bright and early, Daniel, the tech, had my problem diagnosed very quickly and gave us a couple viable options to go with. He wasn't pushy like a lot of Techs are when they come out they always try to give you the "Hard Sale," he wasn't like that and also offered some suggestions, no pressure type sale, just gave us the facts and variables and left us to make the decision. We appreciated that and did go with his recommendations. He returned a short while later with the parts and went right to work to get things replaced and our system back up and running correctly. You are always a little curious when starting with a new company, however, after talking with Kyle Burris, I felt more at ease and after all was said and done, I'm really glad we went with them and we even joined their monthly service plan too. I wasn't really thinking of doing that as the last company's plan that we had didn't really help us in the long run. My wife and I feel much better and think we are in good hands with BMG.
