“Had a soft start installed on our Carrier unit. The installer was very knowledgeable, explained everything to me, even took numerous videos during install to upload to an email with our receipt. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.”

“When we had our system replaced 2 years ago (previous owners) this was a 5-star outfit. Period. This is a new company and a new rating is deserved. They are unresponsive (you will not get returned calls) and they will recommend work that is unnecessary. I had to force them to do the warranty work that their first tech on the scene recommended. After the install, I felt I had found my new HVAC company, after this repair, I know that I have not.”

“We called Cote's after we had busted the outside faucet. We called at noon on Sunday and everything was done and fixed by 5. Preston was our guy and he was super friendly and very professional! I will totally be using them again in the future and will recommend them to anyone in the area.”

“The Tech was great very professional and knowledgable I had A thermostat issue he came in and knew right away what it was and went right to work very knowledgeable like I said and extremely professional anytime I need service. I hope I can get him. The only thing I wasn’t happy about pricing, but that’s not in his control so no fault to him on that end. It’s just the pricing of what everything cost but again very professional and knowledgeable and I hope that he can come service my unit anytime I need to have it done.”

“I have DELETED my past five star reviews of Cotes Mechanical due to the service that is now being given (or should say nonexistent!). We have been a customer of Cotes since 2018 & were very happy with the original owners. So much so that we have purchased two complete air conditioning systems for upstairs & downstairs at our house. Move forward to today, and A#1 now owns this business. They have cancelled our appointment after waiting over 24 hrs in a house with NO AIR CONDITIONING WORKING UPSTAIRS. I live upstairs, which is a separate living from the downstairs. Instead of them calling & speaking to either my sister or me, they texted my sister 8 minutes after we had called them to confirm that they were still coming today. They informed us by this text that we have been bumped from any service today. What kind of business does this? Certainly not an air conditioning service that knows WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY CONDITIONING WORKING FOR OVER 24 HRS. And both of us are senior citizens. I guess the only emergency to them would be if the air conditioner was on fire… and then they would probably text us to call the fire department! We shall take our business elsewhere.”
