“I live in Texas and had Fuller Mechanical install a new HVAC system in my second home in Dahlonega Georgia. I was not there when they did the installation, they did the job very quickly. The price was higher than expected. When the job was completed, I had my neighbor lock up the house and send me pictures of the completed work. To my surprise, they did not install a new thermostat and left the old 8, year old thermostat without adding a new one?? I asked them why I didn't get a new one, they told me they were trying to give me the best price. I have had several homes and replaced several HVAC systems and have never had this happen before. When I told them that I wasn't happy, they told me they would install in a new thermostat, but I had to pay another $350?! I just paid over $7k, and they wanted more money... Wow!!! I texted them that this wasn't right and I feel like I was being taken advantage of, since I was out of state. They texted me back the next day and said they would put a super cheap thermostat in for no cost. I declined, because I didnt want a cheap thermostat. So, I will put in my own. I just hope that when I get to Georgia to inspect the work, that no other short cuts were taken. BE AWARE WHEN DEALING WITH FULLER MECHANICAL!!!”
