“The fajita flour tortillas are made fresh and are amazing. The steak and chicken fajitas were so tasty. We also had the tilapia and shrimp which was hot on a skillet and amazing! Brittany did a fantastic job as well. Definitely will come back!!”

When Danielle the manager heard we were first time customers she went out of her way to bring us beef fajitas to try because she said that’s what they are known for. I see why! “This was our first visit to Lupe Tortilla, and it definitely won’t be our last! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out hot. Everything tasted like it was made with quality ingredients, and you could tell care went into the preparation. We especially enjoyed how fresh everything was from start to finish. Our waitress, Brandy, was fantastic. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her customer service was excellent and really helped make our experience enjoyable. We did have a slight issue with our drinks, but what impressed me most was how it was handled. Manager Danielle came to our table, took the time to listen to our concerns, and genuinely cared about making things right. After looking at the drinks, she immediately understood the issue and had them remade. The second round was perfect—you could truly taste the difference! More importantly, Danielle’s personality, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. She was warm, engaging, and made us feel valued as guests. You could absolutely tell why she’s a manager. The only small drawback was that the dining area was a little dark. We found ourselves using the flashlight on our cell phones to fully read the menu. That said, it was a minor inconvenience and didn’t take away from the overall experience. Great food, great service, and a management team that genuinely cares about the customer experience. “I came on Cinco de Mayo which was also taco Tuesday and Vanessa was my server. She was amazing. Her attitude was amazing. The food was great. The drinks were incredible. The manager came over with goodies since it was our first time. We sat on the patio and the vibes were impeccable. I recommend the beef fajitas , queso , blueberry pomegranate, margarita and the prickly pear, margarita . I will be back . 10/10 no complaints!”

“My partner tried Lupe’s for the first time at his workplace for catered lunch and ended up liking the fajita meat so much, he took me to try it too haha! We walked in and were sat down immediately. Our server Luis was so nice and was super attentive. The wait for our order was not long at all. I had the pollo espinacas and my partner had the fajitas again. Usually I’m not the biggest Tex-max fan but the meat was so moist and grilled to perfection. The tortillas were also warm and delicious. While we ate, a manager stopped by to ask us how we were doing and some other servers also made sure we had everything we needed. Our experience here was very good and we would definitely come back here again!”
