“Can't say enough positive things about Otto Heating & Cooling. I started this process in August 2025 and had just recently installed my heat pump this past week and I have been incredible impressed with regards of how patient and understanding the team has been. I had 3 other quotes for heat pumps, when I called Otto Heating & Cooling I was lucky enough to connect with Aaron. Even though I had limited knowledge with regards of the heat pump I did not feel like he was trying to "sell" me on to any product. I simply gave my restrictions and had fit me for the right heat pump. I had asked the same questions to the other companies and fortunately Aaron was the only one that answered my questions. That had me sold from the beginning. Aaron is very personable, patient and accommodating and couldn't have asked for a better representative. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and I never felt pressured to complete the installation. Braedon was my installer for our heat pump and was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. It felt comfortable talking to him as he answered all my questions even as abstract as they could have been. “First time we have had Otto in to clean our ducts after four years. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Very professional team performed a thorough assessment and clean of all ducts in the home. Also cleaned out the dryer duct. The team was well equipped, tidy and left no mess at all. Replaced the filter and I feel their charges were very reasonable for the service done. Thank you kindly to Otto!!”

“Disappointed. Furnace cleaning job was good, but the dryer vent service was a problem. After they finished, the dryer vent pipe was kinked and the dryer was left pulled out. Now the vent kinks worse if I try to push the dryer back.I contacted Otto Heating & Cooling and sent a photo. They told me nothing looked wrong, and despite requesting a manager to call me back, I haven’t heard anything. Posting the same picture I sent them.”
