“When I called Ms B (I may be wrong in the name) was professional, didn’t promise same day service. She specifically stated she will check and see if I can be accommodated. She did with a time and ask if it will work. She answered all my questions and explained how their system worked. The technician Ben reached out to let me know he was ready to head my way and if it was ok, because it was a lil earlier than the window time (that was nice). I said sure, he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained each issue and was very transparent with pricing. I truly enjoyed the service provided and due to Ben and how he carried himself.
