“Parkway started construction RIGHT next to my apartment complex a few months ago, they caught my attention while breaking ground because every morning (before the legal starting time) my roommates and I woke up to our entire place rumbling, walls and floor shaking, things falling over etc. this lasted ALL DAY for weeks before I finally complained. I understand that you have goals to be met, but I beg you to prioritize people instead of money. I brought it to their attention that they were 1. Starting too early (according to city rules) 2. Not trying to be even remotely considerate of the people living less than 50 feet away. When I got in contact, they denied doing anything wrong and basically said “deal with it until we’re done”. I’ve never been a “Karen”- ever. I hate feeling rude or mean but I have to say something. The way this company has severely impacted my quality of life is sickening. I tried not to think about it, once the rumbling stopped, the other loud noises seemed like a blessing in comparison. However….now there’s styrofoam or some other material EVERYWHERE!!! It looks like it’s snowing in Texas. It’s all over my balcony, my plants, our cars, and making its way inside. This is littering and it’s illegal! They aren’t even trying to contain it or be considerate of the residents here.”

My scope has been complete since November now and not a word from your project manager. Since you guys won't resolve this by email, we can keep trying to resolve it on Google for the entire world to see. *04/23/26 Update: Parkway's lawyer finally contacted me to pay us for our work only 5 months after we finished our scope. No extra money for our Lien costs or wait for payment. Avoid these "pay when paid" corporate bullies.”
