“This company is a pure joke when processing GAP auto claims. When the claim is submitted, they tell you 30 days “or so” to process the full claim. Here we are past 30 days in and I’m being told an additional 3 weeks as my claim is in the final auditing phase. I don’t even understand how they are still in business with the lack of service. Thanks Drake Irwin for having your employees not grant “permission” to speak with a supervisor. If that’s not a direct, we don’t care, I don’t know what is. I hope I never have to file a GAP claim with this company again.”
