“I am writing this complaint to help potential customers of this company. First, the company sent an employee not qualified for the job to my house. He had trouble locating and identifying the problem, which was straightforward in this field. When he finally found it, he said it was not his responsibility to fix the issue, which was incorrect. After some effort, he attempted to repair it but didn't have the necessary parts. I had to keep paying him while he drove to get the part, which should have been in his truck. The part is just a simple fuse. My main complaint is about the customer service, especially from the owner, who is very rude and unprofessional, especially since I am a repeat customer. When I asked him why his employee didn't come for an installation service call, he yelled at me, claiming I cost him money for a worker who showed up when I wasn't home, even though I waited all day for the employee to show up. Lastly, the company charged me different hourly amounts for no apparent reason. To summarize, the company is ineffective, unprofessional, and inconsistent. DO NOT USE”

“John and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. They were easy to contact and get a quote from. It was competitive and they did amazing work. Office staff and plumbers are all A+. They turned what was a bad situation into such a positive outcome. We had some utility challenges that were out of both our control; John made it happen and came up with a solution! “Needed a PVC supply to home turn on/off section replaced that started to leak after I jarred it accidentally. Call these folks up and came to the house and were able to replace the section right there. These two knew exactly what to do and were able to make it more secure. Thank you so much; fast and reasonable. Will call them again if needed.”

“These guys are contracted by Teco Gas in PBG to install water heaters. Terrible work!!! Didn't follow code and did not install a flood pan. They also used on old valve on the hot water side. They installed a new valve on the cold water side. The hot water valve was stuck closed. When I called them to fix the faulty valve, they said "it's not worth it for us to come up there to fix it" even though they had just installed the water heater 2 weeks prior. The guy said they would have to charge me for transport to PB County and back to Broward plus a service call. The man who answered was rude and told me to call a local plumber! He was fine when they got $350 for the installation, but wouldn't take responsibility for a faulty installation. I will telleveryone I know to never use E.H. Whitson plumbing. Obviously, they do not take pride in their work!!!”

“I have used EH Whitson for many things in my home, including stack maintenance, leak repair, hose valve replacement, water main valve replacement and other things. I like that they are a locally owned and operated plumbing service and they have very reasonable rates based on an hourly rate not on a per service cost. You have to request the plumber, Al.
