Repairs were not possible and the insurance company agreed to a replacement unit. For my needs, Matt recommended a Goodman 3.5-ton unit and quoted a price. It was agreed upon and the work was scheduled. The installation crew came out on time and very professionally working as a coordinated team prepared the old unit for the crane removal and implementation of the replacement unit.
