“I was enlisted to take over maintenance and one of the first problems was repairing the multiple issues with the two air conditioning units and people being sick with dust. Right away I saw code violations and obvious issues with registers and plenum not being sealed. Once I got another two HVAC companies come look at the situation, they both made an even longer list of issues I wasn't even aware of. Undersized ducts and intake and a few other things, on top of the obvious dirty attic air being sucked into the system due to lazy plenum installation. One of guys giving me a bid, told me he was aware this company subcontracts out the installs out to a fly by night company. The office manager called with the concerns and got resistance, so I'm just going to warn everyone to avoid this company because you will probably be out of warranty by the time you figure out your install was shoddy like we did.”
