“I have utilized their services on a couple of occasions. During my initial contact, I was informed that my unit would require imminent replacement due to its outdated model. However, upon calling them again to repair my air conditioning this summer, they mentioned that my heater would cease to function, despite it operating without issues at the time. The subsequent owners of the house opted for a different company to inspect the heater, revealing that the circuit board had been damaged, due to improper connections. It appears that the previous technicians may have been motivated to upsell a new system. I will not be calling them again!”
