GLENN MECHANICAL

Glenn Mechanical works out of El Dorado, Arkansas, where the crew focuses on HVAC work for houses and small commercial spots across South Arkansas and North Louisiana. They handle the full range of heating and cooling needs that come with the local weather, from furnace repairs in winter to keeping air moving right through humid summers. Along with the core HVAC side they also take on plumbing service, sewer lines, and generator installs when those jobs show up on the same property. The company stays busy because folks in the area know they cover the mechanical systems that actually break down in these older homes and buildings.

Their day to day work covers air conditioner service and full system installs, heat pump setups, duct cleaning and new duct runs, hydro jetting to clear tough clogs, water heater replacements, and blown attic insulation to cut energy loss. When a unit stops cooling they trace the problem through the whole system instead of just swapping parts, and they handle pipe fitting or boiler service on the commercial side without bringing in extra crews. Homeowners and business owners reach out for bathroom remodel plumbing or generator hookups that tie into the existing electrical and gas lines, and the trucks carry the gear to finish most calls in one visit rather than leaving a mess for days.

Folks who use them notice the crew shows up on time, explains the fix in straight language, and gets the equipment running again without extra charges for small adjustments. Quality shows in how the new parts and cleaned ducts hold up through the next season instead of needing callbacks, and the price stays reasonable for the amount of work completed on each trip. Speed and clear talk keep the jobs moving when the weather turns bad and people need heat or cooling back fast. DIRT Score 4.8 from 361 reviews on Finds.

“We had an exceptional experience working with Glenn mechanical they were able to revamp and install a new HVAC system for us guaranteeing customer satisfaction. We appreciate the time and effort Glenn mechanical took to meet with us methodically week after week to make sure the job was done. I could not recommend them enough, truly an outstanding an impressive customer experience”

“They sent two technicians to the house to replace my water heater. They were very polite and very knowledgeable about everything.. They did an outstanding job. Clean and neat. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone and if I need any plumbing Glenn will be the one who does my plumbing from now on.”

“I have always had exceptional service with Glenn's Mechanical with plumbing and HVAC services. However, the pool maintenance is sub par. The cost is around 140.00 a week, the guy comes here and if you do not watch him he will not skim the pool, vacuum etc. He just throws chemical in and put your robot that is for your use only, and leave. He always has an attitude and always cutting corners. My wife called to complain and was chewed out by his supervisor Robert. He would not stop talking to listen to what she was saying. So the pool maintenance dept was fired on the spot. I would give Glenn's other departments 5 stars. But due to the inconsistency and attitude of the pool maintenance dept I would give a negative 5 + stars.”

“Due to my own poor planning I was in a big hurry to get a new toilet (I purchased it myself at HD) installed in a renovated bathroom before guests arrived Christmas week. I called Glenn's and they sent a guy out the next morning. He got the toilet mounted, did an excellent job, and was gone in about two hours. It really got me out of a bind!”

Also sent a sent a picture of the finished project as we were not at home! We can’t be be more pleased Robert and Johnathan.”
