“What can i say? Ruben and his crew is top notch!! from the beginning, Ruben answered his call immediately and i explained the emergency of my situation. He made time to check my system and diagnose my issues. some other companies would immediately go for the wallet. Not this company. He gave me numerous options and what would be the fastest and most economical way to get AC back in my home. He kept me abreast on the supply conditions of the system i wanted installed and kept it in a very expedient timeline, which was a great help considering the heat we have been having here in El Paso. This was on a Saturday, when we came to a conclusion that i will need to replace a 15yr old system. The following Monday he had the crew at my home removing the old system and 2 hours later the installation team came in with the new system. The worked diligently and very professional. By the peak of the heat of the day around 3pm, my new system was up and running and the old system was loaded up and disposed of. Most installers would just say thanks have a good day. Ruben keeps constant communication and checking up on us and how the system is doing. “Had an overall great experience with this company. They sent out their technician Pedro to help fix my Mini-split refrigerated A/C. He came out quickly; I’d say within 35 min of calling. In which; I really appreciated. (Mind you, it was 109 degrees out at around 1:30 pm in El Paso.) the job didn’t take him long; I’d say, a little over an hour to diagnose and fix the issue. He was also; kind enough, to allow me to shadow him and ask him questions, as he worked on my unit. He took the time to show me the A/C leaks and what it had wrong at the moment, and explained my options. If anyone needs anything done, I’d definitely recommend calling A’s Heating and cooling.”

“Very fast. A little to fast, does not seem thorough in his inspection. Ended up correcting an issue in the system on his first visit but then coming back after a water issue remained he then suggested it was something else that was then not covered by insurance. Disappointing since it is hard to tell if a more thorough inspection (maybe opening the unit) would have identified a root cause.”

“Ruben answered our call on Sunday early evening which is when our AC unit gave out. He scheduled us right away for the following day when other HVAC contractors where not able to schedule us until Wednesday or Thursday. Robert, the technician, came out to our home at the scheduled time, assessed the problem, and performed the necessary repair. He was very thorough and explained in detail the problem.
