“Very professional company !! Employees were knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. Replaced total refrigeration air and heating unit. Arrived as scheduled. Cleaned up and hauled away old unit. Thanks to Rafa @ Belmont's air conditioning our home temperature is comfortable again. 10-24-24.”

“Horrible, horrible service by the owner, Pedro Belmont and his company. Appointment was set from 9 am-12 pm, no show. At 12 pm, we call and call, no voicemail option. Finally Mr Belmont answers and says he will call his guys, then calls and says they will show up between 1-2 pm. No show. We call and call from 2:30pm-3:30 pm. No answer. At 4:02 pm a man calls and says they’re on their way, when asked why now, they don’t have any excuse or explanation and simply say “it’s 4 pm”. They say they will arrive in 10 min. They show up 15 min later, the guy is on his phone, we say we changed our mind and don’t want the service, he mumbles something in Spanish to whoever is on phone and walks away. Never apologizes, never acknowledges us. We will never use them”

“Belmont air conditioning has been well aware of the situation on Fillmore Avenue and in conjunction with Mr Hadaad have been grossly negligent in this matter. The residents have had to sleep in their vehicles and escape the heat of the home.”

Had to wait until the following Monday in order to call them to ask what the problem was and got no answer but was told someone would be to my home before 4pm... 4pm arrives and still no one has come so I call again and am told they are on their way. Ended up having to leave my home at 6pm only to come back and have a note on my door saying they arrived at 630pm and I need to reschedule. This is so crazy I don't understand how any company can afford to stay in business like this.”

Since he installed it at first, didn't work, the control turns off and now he said that checking the device is not part of his job. In addition, he make me to wait fir his service an hour after I claimed on the 13/04/17 and he did not come, even an excuse was not received.”
