“Bill’s heating and air-conditioning replaced our furnace and left the exhaust venting into the house for almost a year. Thank God, we had a warm winter and this air was caught by a knowledgeable remodeling contractor in time, before the exhaust fumes cause harm or killed somebody in my house. Even though the technician who came to fix the mistake was very kind and knowledgeable, nobody from bills has since taken the time to offer an explanation or an apology. Given this is a life and safety issue, and it is clear that no checks and balances were in place to prevent this air, I cannot under any circumstances, recommend this company to anyone, and I would highly encourage North Idaho consumers to consider other options.”
