“My call for service was immediately answered late afternoon and service came lunchtime the next day. That seems responsive for the middle of June. April at Cooper Climate Control (CCC) kept me updated on expected service time. Kendall came and quickly identified the issue, did not try to upsell me, had the part in his truck, and fixed the issue with my AC unit. CCC folks are courteous, responsive, and get things done. I will no doubt continue to use them for my HVAC needs!”

“Cooper Climate Control (CCC) replaced my 17 year old Trane heat pump with an 18 seer Tru Comfort heat pump. Kendall from CCC came out multiple times to make sure I understood the scope and deliverables of the project. CCC not only replace the heat pump but also added a new return to improve the air flow and added a new filter at the air handling unit. They also added a surge protector on the disconnect box. I could go on but I will close by saying that the price quoted for the job was considerably lower than the others. After the project was complete, Kendall came out one more time to inspect the work and to make sure I knew how to submit the paperwork for the warranties from Trane and rebates from SRP. Really impressed with their team and plan to use them again when I replace my other unit.”
