“Ricardo and Daniel showed up immediately and analyzed and fixed the problem quickly. I’ve been using Delta T for some time now and they have always responded quickly. Would highly recommend!!!! Edited to add: After my last great experience I called last week and scheduled service on three additional units. I spoke with Mireya in the office and she couldn’t have been more helpful! We scheduled all three for the same day and it went perfectly. Ricardo was actually able to get started earlier than I expected and all three appointments were completed within four hours. I had also recommended them to my son and Ricardo was able to service his unit when he finished with the other three. As usual, Ricardo was extremely informative and helpful and showed me pictures of all the readings he had taken on the units and explained each reading to me. I’m very happy with the exceptional service they’ve provided and will definitely be calling them again!!! I’ll also add that the reason I had called Delta T in the first place was because I had a very bad experience with the company I had used previously - that other company BLOCKED my phone calls when I called to question them about a part that I had paid overnight shipping for didn't show up on time - and they were the ones who I’d paid to install the system to begin with! What a difference it’s been working with Delta T Heating and Cooling!”

“We bought our home a year ago and the ac unit was a mess. I sent out msgs and Delta answered our call. We are so glad they did. The office was very nice and professional and our technician Ricardo was superb. He was very friendly and made sure we understood everything that was going on. The work was done correctly and at a great price. We would like to say thank you for taking care of us.”

“We went through Delta T via our home warranty with Liberty due to a cooling issue with our AC Once the technician arrived, things began to go downhill. A “jump” was done on the unit which fried a 3v fuse. Since he did not have an additional fuse on hand, it was then bypassed. Though I’m not sure what test was done after this, the result was a fried circuit board and a popping sound coming out of the thermostat followed by light smoke. I was told by the technician that this was a mandatory test to determine the actual cause of the problem. By no means am I an HVAC technician nor do I pretend to be, but I’m fairly confident frying a circuit board is not an effective test. At this point, the entire AC system is off and will not come back on. I was advised that this would be sent up to liberty (which it was) and that we would be prioritized in the morning. Though company bureaucracy through Liberty is not the fault of Delta T, keeping me in the loop is. I was the one who had to reach out to request an update on the situation. I was told that the compressor was out of stock and would take 7-10 business days (not the fault of Delta T) and that the circuit board was in stock. I was under the impression that the parts were ordered already after speaking with a customer service rep, however after speaking with the company I have decided to go with (who has called champion to verify and transfer the orders for the broken parts so that he can fix the AC) the parts were never even ordered. No one has come by today, even though I was told by the technician that we would be prioritized. My understanding is that if the fried circuit board was replaced (which is in stock with the AC company), we could at least get to the previously livable conditions we had prior to requesting services from this company. I have decided to terminate services with this company, my house is now 85 degrees and rising. Before going through them, I at least had livable conditions, now I have a completely inoperative AC unit. The circuit board is fried and I now have to purchase a new thermostat on top of the previous issue I was having with the compressor. I understand that mistakes and accidents happen, however I do not forgive the lack of accountability by this company. I strongly recommend taking your request for services elsewhere.”

My AC was completely out for the past 12 days, and my only regret is that I couldn't simply work directly with them instead of thru AHS. They're professional, above and beyond competent, and genuinely care about the customer!! Top notch business!!”
