“My old swamp cooler finally quit so my first call was to Edwin at Empire. Thankfully we already knew we would have great service because Edwin had done my grandparents and my parents air conditioners already. He was super helpful, there was a few hiccups but he took care of them immediately. Great customer service. The guys that were here to do the install were very helpful, they explained everything to me as they were doing it, and they were super nice. I thought I might have an issue with the unit and Edwin sent someone out right away to look at it. VERY glad we went with Empire. Definitely worth the peace of mind knowing everything was going to get done and get done correctly! Thank you guys so much for all your help!! The AC is great but the awesome customer service really makes all the difference in the world!!”

“We had them go fix the swamp cooler. They fixed everything but 1 thing... The thing that gets the water going to actually cool everything. It costed us at least $700 and they at this point have just ghosted me. It's now been 5 days and a fahe promise someone would come at 10. Edit) Alright so they finally came and fixed it the day of posting this review. Turns out that their phones weren't working due to team issues. Fixed it in 10-15 minutes. While I don't understand why the specialist that came the first time needed to be the one to come fix it. Turns out he had an emergency to go to during the day it happened. Things happen, not mad at the guy at all. Just wish they didn't have to have him be the only one capable of coming to fix it. But finally got cool air now, and that all we needed.”

“I will give this man the benefit of the doubt. He has some good service reviews but for the past couple of weeks they have been bad. It could be the technician they are working with but Edwin being the manager should get ontop of his game in my opinion. Scheduling appointments and not meeting them and haveing the client call you to see what happened is not good for business. My situation and apparently many others.”

“I am in complete disbelief and sick from what this company has done to my grandmother! I just came across an estimate for $16k+ for 9 windows and ONE water heater back on 02-09-2026. Grandma is telling me there is another $14k+ estimate for solar panels! As of 6-26-26 the only thing Empire has done is replace her water heater, unworking solar panels and endless unreturned calls she's done to multiple numbers!! This is ELDER ABUSE and if she doesn't get a call back immediately we are going to the police to also report the $16k credit card they paid themselves from and another loan $28600!!! Had she not gone to Wells Fargo she'd be paying on the credit card and the $28k! She better get a call back IMMEDIATELY!!!”
