“Once again the staff is very very unprofessional lack empathy and treat you like a number on a conveyer on to the next one.. Dr castro and medical staff amazing. The clerical staff are not suited to help treat patients. Now that they just flat out said I wasn't a patient anymore without explanation until asked why....after they canceled my appointment(I have proof on my phone ofall cancelations) but finally I thought I was stuck with them but now I got new referral from PCP.Beware of this office staff.. Doctors awesome secretaries awful..”
