“Summer is the worst time for your air conditioner to go out. I had called for Western Electric to check out my unit. They were able to come the next day and get me a quote for a new unit. Wonderful customer service and they installed my unit and took away the old one. Process was only about 3 hours or so and my home is cool again with a wireless thermostat! They’re great at answering questions and making sure I had all the info I needed.”
