“My AC stopped cooling Sunday I placed a work order at 6:30pm and within an hour our Tech Jerry Madero was here to diagnose the issue he had the part with him and replaced it same day by 7:45/8pm we had our system working again. He was an absolute delightful tech and extremely knowledgeable with amazing customer service skills. Highly recommend Ignitify for any last minute service calls or biannual maintenance!!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge thank you to Jackie and Adrian! Jackie went above and beyond to fit us into a fully booked schedule after I explained I had two small children and no A/C in 100+ degree weather. She made it happen within a couple of hours. Adrian arrived, diagnosed and fixed the issue within minutes, then stayed to check the system and refrigerant levels to make sure everything was running perfectly. He was even working on his birthday and still provided outstanding service. We tried to tip him, but he kindly declined. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!”
