“Don’t bother with the hills at north Mesa. The landlord treats you well for a while for a good review and then ignores you after a while when you try to address anything. So i promise you …this place isn’t worth it. If you’re a service member …reconsider. & if you already live here and want to break your lease because of the neglect. Try your hardest to finish the year contract. Integrity assets management does nothing to try and address anything. 2 1/2 years in and you lose respect rather than gaining it for loyalty. No thank you. I would 100% never recommend this place. The disrespect with being left on read is wild.”

“Been living here for 1 year. I’ve had a great experience. The grounds are well-kept by Eddie and his team; I had one minor maintenance issue with a light and it was resolved. The office is responsive with Carlos leading the way as well! The neighbors are also friendly, and I don’t have any issues with any loud noise or disturbances. I highly recommend .”

“I absolutely love living here at The Quest. I’ve lived here for 2 years and have never had a problem with my apartment or its amenities. It’s extremely quiet at allowing me to have quality sleep that I need. Everyone in the community is respectful of others. From my observation, there seems to be many professionals who live here. My favorite part of living here is the I amazing sunset view I enjoy from my apartment. I have no plans of leaving anytime soon and I encourage others to consider these luxury apartments. You’ll love this quiet hidden gem! A few highlights! Rent is easy and convenient to pay through their mobile app. You could easily pay the whole year if you’d like. Maintenance is excellent, if you need something simple as a light bulb, it can easily be requested through the app, a simple call or text, or a simple visit to the front office. It’s a gated community with only one way in but two ways out. There’s a security officer who visits nightly. There’s cameras covering the entire parking lot. The rules of the community are strictly enforced. There’s periodic community Parties in the main lobby. Free Beer and Wine as long as it’s consumed in the lobby. There’s a small business center, gym, pool, pool table, and a ping pong table.”

“I have returned ro El Paso and LaEstancia following an absence of 3 years. What a difference 3 years can make.Literally everything is better - maintenance, grounds,eye appeal,orderliness,policy enforcement. You name it. For me,it began with the administrative staff under Gracy' s leadership. A.customer-focused team of professionals. I feel like an important customer. Thank you.”

“This is feedback from renting at 2 places and 2 other properties that I tried to apply from Integrity, Dos Santos and Desert Tree apartments, had problems with Dos Santos In location with management. Never had a problem with Desert tree until the end, you will never receive your full deposit with these properties, left both apartments in good condition but will charge you water bill that never made sense! Tried renting at Bella Estancias, but I personally backed out to go to one of there other properties named High Vista apartments and well at high vista they couldn’t approve me or my spouse since they kept confusing my background check with another person that wasn’t me! Had to show them PROOF THAT THE PERSON THEY HAD ON FILE WAS NOT ME!! Unprofessional using a broken system for background checks. Told them various times and they decided to waste my time knowing i had a date to move into! Waited a whole week! Had been renting at 2 previous properties and they couldn’t approve me at 1 because they couldn’t get the background checks on point! And you have to keep calling these properties owned by Integrity, that “ we’ll give you a call back or we’ll keep you updated” is never true with most of these properties, and when you ask for a number to the corporate office, they can not provide you any information, they never have “access” to do anything, but they do can take your money when you apply and real quickly! There is way more that I have to say about Integrity property but DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH ANY OF THERE PROPERTIES!”
