“I had an ac installed over 12 yrs ago, not a big company, it never gave us problems, so when it got old I thought kings air would be best to install a new ac. I’ve had it for 6 yrs and after 2 yrs old I started having problems. There was water on the bottom of the unit, I called them and they said there was something stuck in the pipe, they blew it with force and it worked for about a month than it did it again and the same thing was done to it. Now as of last might my ac is not coming on at all, I changed the batteries and the filter. I feel that the unit was not properly installed. I will never deal with kings air again”

“Our heater/thermostat was acting up so, with snow on the forecast for the following week, we called Kings Aire. The lady I spoke to on the phone, Carla, was super friendly and set up an appointment for a date/time that worked for me. Their technician called me ahead of the visit on the date scheduled, and they came by on time. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue fairly easily and efficiently and I asked them to do additional seasonal maintenance as well, which they did. Overall this was a very positive experience for us and we would gladly work with Kings Aire again as well as recommend them.”

Were at our home promptly every morning and work constantly throughout the day. They made sure to explain everything they were during and answered the questions we had about the new system. They cleaned up at the end of each day and once the install was complete Jaime took us through a detailed explanation of the system and the warranty. The experience could not have been smoother.
